How much time will this take for my workouts?

Depending on which program you choose (Next Level or Express) plan for workouts 2-4x wk (you choose the days that work best for you!) that can last from 25-65 minutes. Most clients see results just training 2x wk for 25 minutes!

Is there a contract or commitment?

the TSB monthly subscription is month-to-month, you can cancel at any time after 3 months. Muscle doesn’t grow in a day, give yourself time to see if it works for you! Clients who work the program find that it works for them!

I’m considering purchasing some weights for my home gym, what should I get?
