You’ve successfully booked your True Strength Movement Assessment

Day of Preparation:

  • wear comfortable athletic clothes and sneakers

  • create open space (we won’t need any equipment!)

  • bring a water bottle and towel

  • if possible, walk for 5-10 min prior to our session together

    How to access the ZOOM meeting:

  • Open Calendly email invitation or reminder (sent 24 hours before)

  • Click ZOOM link and turn on sound & video

  • Set device on floor level (so I can see you from head to toe for clear assessment )
