Day of Preparation:
wear comfortable athletic clothes and sneakers
create open space (we won’t need any equipment!)
bring a water bottle and towel
if possible, walk for 5-10 min prior to our session together
How to access the ZOOM meeting:
Open Calendly email invitation or reminder (sent 24 hours before)
Click ZOOM link and turn on sound & video
Set device on floor level (so I can see you from head to toe for clear assessment )
