POSTPARTUM CORE RESTORE

Forget Bouncing Back …

Let’s Restore a STRONGER Core!

The #1 mistake I see postpartum moms make when faced with the challenge of rebuilding core strength is that they do traditional core training before their body is ready (think crunches + planks)

And, with the fitness industry telling you how quickly you should “bounce back” it’s easy to feel the pressure to get rid of your “mom tummy” and revert to methods that used to tone your core before pregnancy as quickly as possible …

But, the reality is that a postpartum core has VERY different needs!

Needs that if overlooked can result in pelvic floor dysfunction, low back pain, and training setbacks … not to mention cause body shame and guilt to boot. #notcool

This is why it’s SO important that we learn the steps to reboot our core function after giving birth (whether you’re 3 months postpartum or 3 years postpartum).

The Core Restore is for you if you ever …

  • want to be active again, but don’t know if your core and pelvic floor are ready for it

  • wing your core work with random IG or YouTube workouts that leave you feeling better but lost on how to build sustainable strength

  • (sometimes) put off core work for the sake of a good “burn” (it’s okay, I’ve been there too, that’s how I know)

  • feel disconnected from your core even though you’ve tried multiple core workouts

  • want to feel more comfortable, strong and capable in your new mom-bod

  • believe that God made your body good and are willing to do the work to make it feel strong again

What you’ll get inside …

Meet Your Coach

Laura Lindahl

Even with a degree in Exercise Science, a Girls Gone Strong Pre-Post Natal coaching certification, and multiple online birth prep courses I still felt LOST when it came to connecting with my core again after my C-section birth.

That’s why I created the Three Days Core Restore. So moms like you can feel your core working again and regain the confidence and joy that results when women feel empowered.

Motherhood is a workout that I believe we can prepare for, and I’m grateful to help you know how.

In His Strength,

Coach Laura
